Founder, Green Park

Abhay Kumar founded Green Park on one simple conviction — that buying land in Bihar should be straightforward, fairly priced and fully documented.

Under his direction the company has grown into a plotted-development business spanning eight locations across the state, from Darbhanga and Bihta to Bettiah, Samastipur, Parmanandpur and Rajapur. Every project is registered with the Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority, and every sale is completed on a registered sale deed.

He continues to keep the business close to the ground: plots priced for genuine buyers rather than speculation, payment schedules written down before a rupee changes hands, and an open-door office on Fraser Road in Patna.
